Fire Risk Assessments

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires all non-domestic properties to have a “responsible person” in charge of fire safety.

The responsible person is required by law to ensure that a fire risk assessment of the premises is carried out and to ensure that any risks are eliminated or adequately controlled where elimination is not possible and to conduct a regular review of your fire risk assessment and the fire arrangements

Our fire risk assessors are members of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), are fully qualified and have extensive knowledge, experience and competency of carrying out fire risk assessments in all types of premises and at various stages i.e. under construction or alteration or as a finished building. Our thorough approach ensures that all fire risks are identified, and appropriate advice provided on control the implementation of appropriate measures to prevent fire occurring

The fee for carrying out the fire risk assessment is based upon several factors size, complexity, condition and age of building to name a few

A cost can be quoted based on the information provided of the building
